Sales process

connect with new and old clients, generate leads to organise events, parties or corporate as well as public events.

Process all guest check-ins & check-outs verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room, and activating/issuing room key. Process all payment types,paid-outs, and charges.Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift. Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; Responsible for guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Welcome and acknowledge guests & members anticipate and address members service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank members with genuine appreciation.Speak using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
