Responsible for travel and logistics for field team as well as corporate Coordinating with vendors for day to day functioning of the corporate office Assist Accounts department with maintaining the filing systems Assist in the smooth functioning of the field offices and resolve admin grievances. Screen phone calls, enquiries & handling externals guests as and when required. Assist in organizing team meetings which includes managing entire event from hotel bookings to logistics and arranging office retreats as and when requires. Responsible for all banking tasks which includes visiting bank branches and depositing cheques, NEFT, various type of letters etc. Covers reception. Ordering basic purchases of organization like stationery, letterheads, visiting cards etc., Perform any other task as and when assigned by the organization.Skills and Educational Qualifications: Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support Fresh graduates with a B.Com degree are also encouraged to apply.
