Role Summary:
Administrative Assistant at The Antara Foundation is primarily responsible for smooth functioning of back office operations of the organization as well as supporting the team
Reporting to: District lead
Duty Station: One of our intervention districts in Madhya Pradesh (Khargone, Chhindwara, Damoh, Barwani, Seoni)
Responsibilities:
• Supports Office Administration, assists in arranging meetings, updating records, communicating general information’s to entire team.
• Responsible for travel and logistics for field team as well as corporate
• Coordinating with vendors for day to day functioning of the corporate office
• Assist Accounts department with maintaining the filing systems
• Assist in the smooth functioning of the field offices and resolve admin grievances.
• Screen phone calls, enquiries & handling externals guests as and when required.
• Assist in organizing team meetings which includes managing entire event from hotel bookings to logistics and arranging office retreats as and when requires.
• Responsible for all banking tasks which includes visiting bank branches and depositing cheques, NEFT, various type of letters etc.
• Covers reception.
• Ordering basic purchases of organization like stationery, letterheads, visiting cards etc.,
• Perform any other task as and when assigned by the organization.
Skills and Educational Qualifications:
• Any graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative support
• Fresh graduates with a degree are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic Knowledge of Administrative Office Support
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in multicultural teams.
