Plan and participate in Sales events, trade shows, and exhibitionsDevelops relationships within the community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities. Hiring, Training, motivating and coaching HSD team as per plans & budgets.Analyzing & Reporting on Sales and Financial Data.Report on a Daily/Weekly / Monthly basis on HSD performance to leadership team. Annual budget preparation, Sales & Marketing plan, and its execution.
