Co- ordination with quality control department for analysis report taking corrective action for maintaining the product quality. Recording of important parameters reading. Inspection & trouble shouting of the equipment during shut down. During project responsibilities were of project in charge like that erection & fabrication of complete sponge iron division including raw material plant kiln ( 100 tpd) coolet,esp, etc. In the time of production the operating parameters as per the daily operating instruction & controlling the same. Taking the corrective action for any divination of process parameters in consultation with the operation.
