Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain client records, operational data, inventory, and sales reports in Excel or internal software systems.Documentation & Filing: Draft official emails, prepare basic reports, generate invoices, format documents, and organize digital and physical filing systems.Inter-Departmental Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate work schedules, requests, and documents between sales, finance, operational, and field teams.Client & Vendor Support: Respond to basic client queries, follow up on customer requests via email or phone, and coordinate with vendors or suppliers.Administrative Operations: Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, handle office supplies inventory, schedule internal meetings, and support routine HR or accounting tasks as required.
