About the RoleLucky Courier and Cargo Service is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and hardworking Assistant Branch Manager to support daily logistics operations at our Trackon Courier franchisee branch. In this role, you will handle back-office computer tasks, assist with physical parcel management, resolve customer complaints, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Key ResponsibilitiesComputer & Administrative Tasks: Generate invoices and customer bills, maintain daily operations and sales data sheets, and perform routine data entry.Parcel Management & Operations: Assist with parcel/courier bookings, monitor and update real-time parcel tracking status, and aid in the physical loading and unloading of shipments during peak operational hours.Customer Support & Complaint Resolution: Address customer inquiries, track delayed or lost shipments, and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.Branch Assistance: Support overall branch workflow and coordinate with delivery personnel to maintain on-time service.Requirements & SkillsBasic to intermediate computer proficiency (MS Excel, Word, and basic billing/tracking software).Strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage customer complaints effectively.Previous experience in logistics, courier services, or office administration is a plus, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume to our whatsapp +918306959192
