This includes check-in, boarding, and providing customer service.Key responsibilities include ensuring smooth check-in processes by verifying passenger information and issuing boarding passes. You will also assist passengers with boarding procedures, helping them find their seats and stow their carry-on luggage.Other duties include providing excellent customer service by answering passenger inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of aviation procedures and regulations, as well as excellent hospitality skills. Attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also essential.We are looking for candidates who are 10th pass with 0-3 years of experience.
