Recruits students by developing alumni networks, visiting high schools and college admission events, arranging and leading campus tours, and initiating campaigns to induce students to attend the institution.Reviews prospective student applications and interviews prospective students.Follows up with students to verify any application issues, including discrepancies or missing information.Contacts applicant references to verify information included on resumes, letters of recommendation, and applications.Works collaboratively with other admissions counselors to review applicants, make final admissions decisions, and send out admissions offers.

Provide guidance to prospective students regarding courses, eligibility, admission process, fees, and scholarships. Educate students on program features, curriculum, and career prospects. Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and messages, and assist in converting leads into enrollments. Build and maintain relationships with students and parents, ensuring smooth communication. Follow up on applications and enrollment confirmations in coordination with the admissions team. Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM.Required Skills & Qualifications: Any Bachelors degree with 0-1 years of experience. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills. Enthusiasm for sales, business development & student counseling

Candidate will work to establish and promote the study abroad products in India.Advising potential students on education opportunities overseas.Candidate must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints.Achieve revenue targets through admission & eventsCandidate should perform up-selling and generate referrals from customers.Assisting with activities to promote overseas education institutions represented by the Company.Maintaining accurate ledger, soft & hard records of students counselled and applications sent to the Universities, overseas.Liaising with schools, colleges and universities in India.
