Ticketing Manager Fresher

We are looking for a Ticketing Officer to join our team in Chennai. This role is ideal for freshers who have completed their 10th grade and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Ticket Booking:** Handle the booking of tickets for customers efficiently, ensuring all details are correct and preferences are met.

- **Customer Support:** Provide assistance to customers in person or over the phone, addressing queries related to ticket availability, pricing, and policies.

- **Data Entry:** Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations in the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily retrievable.

- **Payment Processing:** Manage payment transactions securely and accurately, ensuring all financial information is handled in compliance with company policies.

- **Reporting Issues:** Identify and report any issues with the ticketing system or customer complaints to the relevant team for prompt resolution.
