Job Description

we are looking for a detail-oriented tender executive to handle the full tendering process. the main responsibilities include finding tender opportunities,

preparing and submitting bids,

ensuring all requirements are met, and keeping proper records.

this role also involves working closely with different teams to make sure tenders are submitted on time and meet all standards.

 to coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.

 prepare technical bids in assistance with seniors & prepare documents for e-tendering on portals.

receive and deal with enquiries from clients concerning tenders.

also regular follow-up with prospective buyers for a purchase order.

 drafting and negotiation of agreements/commercial contracts needed for business operations.

able to manage proactive communication with client and interface with other disciplines. good command over the english language & communication.

practical knowledge of excel & its various function.

key responsibilities:

 identify and monitor relevant tenders through various sources (government portals, online tendering platforms, etc.)

 analyze tender documents and client requirements.

prepare and submit tender proposals within deadlines.

 maintain data of past tenders, proposals, and responses.

 track submitted tenders and follow up on outcomes.

 attend pre-bid meetings. key skills:

 strong understanding of public and private tendering processes.

 excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 proficiency in ms office (especially word, excel, and powerpoint).

 strong organizational and coordination skills.

education: graduate/diploma or mba/-b. tech (electronics or electrical background) experience: minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar tendering or bid management role.
