As a BPO Telecaller in Swargate, Pune, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. You will be required to handle customer inquiries, make sales pitches, and provide information about products or services.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls from customers, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, accurately recording all information and feedback from customers, and meeting sales targets set by the company.
