Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
Pitch company products/services and generate interest
Convert leads into confirmed sales
Maintain accurate records of customer information and sales status
Follow up with prospective clients to ensure closures
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collaborate with team leaders and managers to improve performance
Candidate Requirements:
Must be HSC Pass or a Graduate (any stream)
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented
Basic computer knowledge preferred
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
