responsibilities:

• make outbound calls & handle inbound queries (calls, chats, emails).

• explain products/services, share pricing, resolve customer concerns.

• use sales techniques to close deals, achieve targets & drive repeat business.

• maintain crm records, follow up with leads & support upselling/cross-selling.

• stay updated on products, industry trends & participate in training sessions.

qualifications:

• 1+ year experience in telesales/customer service preferred.

• strong communication & interpersonal skills.

• proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets.

• familiar with crm/sales tools, able to work independently & in teams.

• flexible with shifts; english & hindi proficiency required
