We are looking for Telesales Executive who proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships, consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to identify needs, present solutions, and convert prospects into customers.
Customer Engagement: Answer questions, handle objections, provide product info, and address concerns professionally.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance goals.
Database Management: Accurately record all interactions, update customer data, and manage sales pipelines in CRM software.
Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on leads, nurture existing accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
Reporting: Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
