Job Description

we are looking for telesales executive who proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote products/services, generate leads, close sales, and build lasting client relationships, consistently achieving sales targets and kpis.

key responsibilities:

sales & lead generation: make outbound calls to identify needs, present solutions, and convert prospects into customers.

customer engagement: answer questions, handle objections, provide product info, and address concerns professionally.

target achievement: meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas and performance goals.

database management: accurately record all interactions, update customer data, and manage sales pipelines in crm software.

customer relationship management: follow up on leads, nurture existing accounts, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

product knowledge: stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.

reporting: provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
