Key Responsibilities

Lead Outreach: Connect with potential borrowers via telephone to pitch our customized loan solutions.

Need Assessment: Qualify prospects by analyzing their income, financial background, and funding requirements.

Product Matching: Recommend the right product (Secured LAP, Unsecured Business Loans, or Quick Personal Loans) based on the client's eligibility.

Document Collection: Guide clients through the application process and collect necessary files (KYC, bank statements, income proof) for submission.

Disbursement Tracking: Follow up diligently with clients and our operations team to ensure smooth processing and timely loan disbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, telecalling, or financial services (NBFCs, Banks, DSA, or Insurance). Must know the basic eligibility rules and documentation required for retail loans.

Home Office Setup: Must possess a reliable smartphone, a laptop/computer, and a stable internet connection.

Communication: Strong verbal communication in Hindi, English, or your local regional language. Persuasive and polite telephone manners are key.

Target-Driven: A self-starter who is highly motivated by money and can manage their time efficiently without daily supervision.

Compensation Details

This is a 100% commission-only position. There is NO fixed base salary.

Payouts are calculated as a competitive percentage of the total loan amount disbursed.

Average performers earn ₹30,000 - ₹50,000/month, while top closers routinely clear ₹1,20,000+ per month.
