we are seeking a motivated and results-driven telecaller to join our overseas education team. the candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, following up on leads, counseling students, and scheduling appointments for counseling sessions regarding studying abroad.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
explain the process, programs, and countries available for higher education (usa, uk, canada, australia, etc.).
schedule and coordinate counseling sessions with education counselors.
maintain a database of interested students and follow up regularly.
provide basic information about visa procedures, admission timelines, and document requirements.
handle incoming inquiries through phone, email, or social media.
assist in event promotions such as webinars, education fairs, and info sessions.
record feedback and update crm systems with lead status.
requirements:
minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (preferably in education or consultancy).
strong communication skills in english, hindi, and regional language(s).
good interpersonal and convincing skills.
basic knowledge of ms office and crm tools.
ability to work under targets and pressure.
