Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential customers: You will be responsible for calling individuals or businesses to introduce our products or services.

2. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries: You will need to handle incoming calls from customers and provide them with information or assistance.

3. Update customer databases: You will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and interactions.

4. Follow up with leads and maintain communication: You will need to follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

5. Meet daily call quotas: You will be expected to make a certain number of calls each day to meet sales targets.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Strong communication skills: You should have excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers over the phone.

2. Good listening skills: It is important to listen attentively to customer inquiries and address their needs accordingly.
