Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.

€¢ Explain our products/services in a clear and engaging manner.

€¢ Maintain call records and follow up on interested leads.

€¢ Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.

Requirements:

€¢ Good verbal communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional languages).

€¢ Confident and persuasive speaking style.

€¢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry, CRM tools preferred).

€¢ Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
