Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or potential clients to generate sales, provide information, or collect feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Record feedback and report results to the team leader/manager.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: [10th pass / 12th pass / Graduate] (as required)
Good communication skills in [English / Hindi / Local language]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Salary:
13,000 20,000 per month (depending on experience) + Incentives
