we are looking for a motivated and energetic telecaller to join our team. as a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers or potential clients to generate sales, provide information, or collect feedback.
key responsibilities:
make outbound calls to prospective customers.
explain products/services and their benefits to customers.
follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
record feedback and report results to the team leader/manager.
requirements:
minimum qualification: [10th pass / 12th pass / graduate] (as required)
good communication skills in [english / hindi / local language]
basic computer knowledge (ms excel, crm tools preferred)
prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

salary:
13,000 20,000 per month (depending on experience) + incentives
