Company Profile: Client develops and sells test systems and adaptation units for testing wire harnesses and further electrical & electronic assemblies and components. Client products are used predominantly in the automotive supplier industry and wherever the functionality of complex assemblies needs to be tested in order to recognize errors within the manufacturing process at an early stage. Client has decades of experience in quality assurance in wire assembly. The company was founded in 1983 and has its headquarters in Porta Westfalica, Germany. The Group manufactures in Europe, North and South America, Africa, and Asia.

Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic) with MBA in Sales/ Marketing

Required Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) Well versed in MS-Excel & PowerPoint.

Relevant Industry :Wire Harness industry or Industrial product sale

Experience : Min. 2 years & Max. 5 years

Job Description / Responsibilities

Business development.

To achieve the sales targets assigned by the management.

To organize participation in trade shows.

Follow up visits & meetings, Demonstrations, Preparation & Submission of Quotes, Preparation & maintaining sales documentation.

Assisting seniors in key accounts handling.

Coordination with overseas partners.

Coordination with sales team at branch offices.

Support & Substitute for colleagues & subordinates as & when required.

Provide Inputs for sales promotions.

Desired profile of the candidate

- Should have prior experience of sales and marketing in the field of selling industrial products of foreign origin, preferably related to wire harness industry.

- Should possess very good communication skills.

- Should preferably possess good knowledge of wire harness technology.

Budget Salary : 4 LPA to 5 LPA (Depends on the Work Experience)
