Qualification : Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/ Mechatronic) with MBA in Sales/ MarketingRequired Skill Set (In case of IT requirements) Well versed in MS-Excel & PowerPoint.Relevant Industry :Wire Harness industry or Industrial product saleExperience : Min. 2 years & Max. 5 yearsJob Description / Responsibilities Business development. To achieve the sales targets assigned by the management. To organize participation in trade shows. Follow up visits & meetings, Demonstrations, Preparation & Submission of Quotes, Preparation & maintaining sales documentation. Assisting seniors in key accounts handling. Coordination with overseas partners. Coordination with sales team at branch offices. Support & Substitute for colleagues & subordinates as & when required. Provide Inputs for sales promotions.Desired profile of the candidate - Should have prior experience of sales and marketing in the field of selling industrial products of foreign origin, preferably related to wire harness industry.- Should possess very good communication skills.- Should preferably possess good knowledge of wire harness technology.Budget Salary : 4 LPA to 5 LPA (Depends on the Work Experience)

1. Mandatory experience in Product inspection (Visual & Dimensional)2. Hands-on experience in Aluminum Die Casting (PDC / GDC) & Machining products commodity3. Hands-on experience in measuring instruments handling like (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Attribute gauges, Fixture etc.)4. Depth understanding of Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.5. Prepares paperwork and reports documenting inspection findings.6. Ability to read blueprints/Drawings.7. Excellent Team Handling Experience - Min team size of 30 Nos.8. Getting the monthly production plan from the client and planning the team deployment accordingly. 9. Monitoring Daily/monthly MIS reports circulation to clients for both In-house and QRE activities.10. Align the Quality norms in all four regions of the Customer plant with the India team.11. Periodic review of Dock Audit NC closure and effectiveness monitoring.12. To conduct periodic associate evaluations to ensure the monitoring of the skill effectiveness.13. Preparation of standards, procedures, Quality alerts, skill matrix, and corrective action report, etc.14. Monitoring of internal and external customer complaint action closure.15.
