The role involves leading a team of sales executives, ensuring primary & secondary sales growth, market development, and flawless retail execution. Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets. Conduct joint market visits with team members to monitor and improve execution. Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in retail outlets. Manage strong relationships with retailers, stockists, and distribution partners. Drive timely collections and credit discipline across territories. Monitor team performance and share daily/weekly market feedback and sales reports. Train and develop team members to strengthen market execution and selling skills. Candidate Profile Education: Graduate (preferably in Business/Marketing). Experience: 3-5 years of FMCG sales with minimum 1 year in a team-handling role. (P&G experience is an advantage) Skills Required: o Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills. o Good knowledge of local geography & FMCG market dynamics. o Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented. o Must have a two-wheeler with valid license.
