Job Description

- identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets including furniture manufacturers, modular kitchen makers, interior designers, and hardware dealers.

- achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.

- build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

- develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

- ensure timely communication and excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

- handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.

- conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.

- provide valuable market feedback to the management to support product positioning and pricing strategies.

- ensure proper follow-up for order processing, timely delivery, and payment collection.

- coordinate with the logistics and production team to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.

- coordinate with internal teams including production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order execution.

- support marketing initiatives and contribute to strategic sales planning.

- adhere to company policies, ethical sales practices, and ensure brand reputation is upheld in the market.

- represent the company professionally in all interactions.
