๐น Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Bajaj Allianz Life, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, generating leads, building strong relationships, and promoting Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products. ๐ Key Responsibilities๐ Prospect & generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities
๐ค Meet clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
๐ Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high productivity
๐๏ธ Plan and conduct daily meetings/visits as per KRA
๐ Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
๐ช Explain product features, benefits & premiums clearly to customers
๐ Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion
๐งพ Complete documentation & policy filing accurately
๐ค Build long-term customer relationships
๐ผ Coordinate with branch staff and participate in marketing activities/campaigns
