Job Description: Sales & Marketing Executive Bajaj Allianz Life Role Overview As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Bajaj Allianz Life, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, generating leads, building strong relationships, and promoting Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance products. This role requires strong communication, a customer-focused approach, and consistent follow-ups to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities- Prospect & generate leads through calls, referrals, and field activities Meet clients to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high productivity Plan and conduct daily meetings/visits as per KRA Create and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Explain product features, benefits & premiums clearly to customers Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion Complete documentation & policy filing accurately Build long-term customer relationships Coordinate with branch staff and participate in marketing activities/campaigns Skills & Competencies Excellent communication & presentation skills Strong sales drive and goal-oriented mindset Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships Basic understanding of financial/insurance products Willingness to travel for field meetings Good time-management and follow-up skills Qualification Graduate in any stream (preferred) Experience in sales/insurance/financial sector is an added advantage Job Type - Full-timeField + office-based profile
