Job Responsibilities:
€¢ Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customer€™s and
following up on leads
€¢ Understanding customer€™s needs and identifying sales opportunities
€¢ Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per
email
€¢ Keeping up with product and service information and updates
€¢ Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
€¢ Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
€¢ Staying informed about competing products and services
€¢ Upselling products and services
€¢ Researching and qualifying new leads into opportunities
€¢ Fix appointments and deliver LearnQoch product demos to Government, Trustees,
Principals, HOD, Teachers, Students & Parents in B2B and B2G sales cycle
€¢ Liaison with the marketing team to implement the marketing campaign
€¢ Understand customer requirements and propose the right solution
€¢ Prepare customer proposal and do require follow-up to get the Purchase Order
€¢ Take ownership of customer expectations and do the right things to have 100%
customer satisfaction
