Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, and executing effective sales strategies in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
