Builders & Brokers, a leading real estate company in Margao, Goa, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Executives

Position: Sales Executive

Location: Margao, Goa

Responsibilities:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry.

- Proficiency in English and Konkani. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

- Fast learner and passion for sales.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
