position: sales executive

responsibilities:

- actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.

- conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

- set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

- prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

- negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

requirements:

- proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in the real estate industry.

- proficiency in english and konkani. knowledge of hindi is a plus.

- excellent knowledge of ms office.

- fast learner and passion for sales.

- self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
