Builders & Brokers, a leading real estate company in Margao, Goa, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales ExecutivesPosition: Sales ExecutiveLocation: Margao, GoaResponsibilities:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the real estate industry.- Proficiency in English and Konkani. Knowledge of Hindi is a plus.- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.- Fast learner and passion for sales.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
