Key Responsibilities:
Back Office Operations
Knowledge of all back-office activities related to investments and client account maintenance.
Knowledge in documentation and timely processing of mutual fund, PMS, and AIF transactions.
Knowledge of compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Client Interaction and Support
Professionally interact with clients to address and resolve investment-related queries.
Prepare and share client reports such as Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, portfolio valuations, visa letters, and other relevant investment documents.
Support clients in completing necessary KYC and account opening procedures, including demat account openings.
Transaction and Process Management
Process transactions such as mutual fund purchases, sales, broker code changes, and dematerialization requests.
Execute account-related updates including minor-to-major status changes, change of tax status, name deletions, and mutual fund transmissions.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for tax and compliance verification, including reconciliation of tax computations.
Client Relationship Management and Sales Support
Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to understand their evolving financial needs.
Identify opportunities for additional product sales and facilitate cross-selling of PMS, AIF, and mutual funds.
Handle new client references and assist in onboarding processes to enhance client acquisition.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in back-office operations, wealth management, or financial services preferred.
Basic knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, stock market transactions, and taxation.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
