- **Communication Coordination:** Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external parties, handling calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- **Document Preparation:** Create, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism in all materials.
- **Travel Arrangements:** Plan and organize travel itineraries, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for business trips.
- **Office Management:** Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
- **Confidentiality:** Handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining confidentiality in all communications and tasks.
