key responsibilities:
- **strategy development:** design and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth for our exotic vegetable line.
- **market research:** conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and product development.
- **digital marketing:** oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- **brand management:** develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and promotional materials.
- **partnerships and collaborations:** identify and establish partnerships with chefs, influencers, retailers, and distributors to promote our products and expand market reach.
- **content creation:** produce engaging content (blogs, videos, recipes, etc.) that highlights the uniqueness of our vegetables and invites customers to explore new culinary possibilities.
- **sales support:** collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support their efforts in reaching retail and food service customers.
- **customer engagement:** develop programs and strategies to engage with our customer base and foster a community around exotic vegetables.
- **budget management:** prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and roi for marketing initiatives.
- **performance analysis:** monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (kpis) and prepare reports to measure impact and areas for improvement.
qualifications:
- bachelors degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; mba preferred.
