Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Brand Awareness
Marketing Collateral: Coordinate the design and production of brochures, catalogs, banners, and corporate gifts.
Content Support: Write basic copy for advertisements, press releases, and internal newsletters.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that the company logo and messaging are used correctly across all platforms and physical sites.
Event & Trade Show Management
Exhibitions: Organize the companys participation in industrial trade fairs (like IMA Nashik events). This includes booth booking, logistics, and lead collection.
Product Launches: Assist the Product Development Manager in organizing launch events for new product lines.
Public Relations: Maintain a database of local media contacts and industry influencers.
Market Research & Analysis
Competitor Tracking: Monitor the marketing activities of competitors (pricing, new features, and advertising themes).
Customer Insights: Conduct surveys or focus groups to understand client needs and satisfaction levels.
Trend Analysis: Identify new market opportunities, such as a rising demand for Green Building Materials or Automation.
Sales Support & Lead Generation
Lead Qualification: Filter inquiries from the website or trade shows before passing them to the Sales Officer.
CRM Management: Update and maintain the marketing database to ensure warm leads are followed up on.
Support Materials: Provide the sales team with updated technical sheets, testimonials, and case studies.
