Role Overview

We are looking for confident English speakers with a neutral/US accent to join us as B2B Appointment Schedulers.

This role focuses on outbound calling to US businesses, qualifying prospects, and scheduling high-quality appointments for the sales team.

This is a target-driven, night-shift, office-based role and ideal for candidates seeking exposure to international B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to US-based business owners & decision-makers

Schedule qualified B2B appointments for the sales team

Identify and qualify leads as per defined criteria

Maintain accurate data in CRM systems

Meet daily & weekly appointment targets

Coordinate with internal sales teams for smooth handovers

Maintain professionalism, consistency, and result focus

Skills & Requirements

Excellent English communication (US/Neutral accent preferred)

Experience in B2B appointment setting, international sales, or telecalling is a plus

Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome

Comfortable working in US night shift

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined

Ready for 100% work from office (Ahmedabad)

Immediate joiners highly preferred
