As an Inside Sales Representative, your main responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential customers within the Rourkela, India area to promote our products or services. You will be expected to make outbound calls, send emails, and engage in virtual meetings to generate leads and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a high level of product knowledge, identifying customer needs and providing solutions, managing sales pipelines, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong interpersonal skills. A solid understanding of sales and marketing principles is essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in inside sales or a related field is preferred, but not required. A proactive attitude, a results-driven mindset, and a passion for customer service are also key qualities we are looking for in our ideal candidate.
