Vyoma is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales team by handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up with clients, and coordinating with the sales team.

This role is suitable for someone with good communication skills who is comfortable speaking with customers and handling regular follow-ups.

* Handle incoming customer enquiries through calls and messages.

* Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.

* Share quotations with clients on time.

* Follow up with clients regarding quotations and requirements.

* Make regular customer follow-up calls.

* Understand customer requirements and provide basic product information.

* Coordinate with the field sales team for customer requirements.

* Maintain records of enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.

* Coordinate with internal teams for order-related requirements.

* Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

* Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

* 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Sales Coordination preferred.

* Good communication and telephone skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email.

* Ability to prepare and share quotations.

* Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

* Experience in architectural hardware, building materials, construction, real estate, or related products will be an advantage.

* Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

No aggressive sales targets.
