Job Description

Lead Engagement :

Handle inside sales through the provided leads.

Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to qualify and convert leads into sales.

Customer Understanding & Solution Selling :

Understand customer pain points and offer tailored solutions.

Craft compelling, unique selling propositions to drive engagement.

Sales Processes:

Prospect, qualify, and manage leads.

Create deal proposals and ensure timely follow-up to closure.

Upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients based on their needs.

Support & Coordination :

Provide pre-sales support to the sales and marketing teams.

Assist in finding, winning, and renewing customers.

Promote company products/services across geographies.

Tracking & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and invoices.

Monitor sales progress and provide reports to stakeholders.
