Job Description

Human Resources (HR)  Recruitment: Source candidates, screen resumes as per the requirement, schedule interviews

and assist with on boarding after final selection.  Payroll & Attendance: Track daily attendance, process leave requests, and compile monthly

payroll inputs.  Employee Relations: Help resolve workplace grievances, support performance reviews, and

coordinate exit interviews.  Compliance: Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure adherence to local labor laws.  Contract worker Management: Issuance of gate pass after proper police verification &fitness

certificates, to monitor monthly wage payment and other statutory payments like PF/ESIC by

the contractors for each and every contract worker. All other compliances related to labor Laws

by company as well as by the contractors.  Government Department Coordination: Must have practical experience in handling and

coordinating with various government departments and statutory authorities, including

EPFO/PF, ESIC, Labour Department, GST Department, Electricity/Electrical Inspectorate

Department, Factory Inspectorate, Pollution Control Board, Fire Department, local municipal

authorities, Police Department, and other relevant government authorities as applicable to

the plant and company operations.  Government Correspondence: Should be capable of understanding government notices, letters, forms, challans, certificates, inspection reports, compliance documents, and other official

correspondence and take appropriate action or escalate the matter to the concerned

senior department.  Documentation Review: Should be able to independently read and understand documents

received from EHS, Legal, Finance, Operations, Maintenance, Security, contractors, and

government authorities, identify missing information or documents, raise queries with the

concerned department, and ensure timely completion and submission.  Implementation & Follow-up: Should be capable of suggesting practical implementation of

compliance requirements and coordinating with relevant internal teams and government

departments to ensure timely closure.  Reporting: Prepare and maintain professional HR, administration, statutory compliance, manpower, attendance, contractor, government correspondence, and management reports as

required. Administration (Admin)  Office Management: Oversee facility maintenance, manage inventory, and order office supplies

including office transport system.

 Vendor Management: Coordinate with external suppliers, service providers, and building

management.  Documentation: Maintain electronic and physical databases, update office manuals, and handle

general correspondence.  Coordination with Local Administrations for smooth functioning.  Monitor plant Security System. Qualifications and skills required:  Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field (Post- graduation/MBA preferred).  Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a

chemical/manufacturing plant.  Good knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC and statutory compliance.  Government Department Practical experience: in dealing with EPF/EPFO, ESI/ESIC, Labour

Department, Factory Inspectorate, GST, Electrical Inspectorate/Electricity Department, Pollution

Control Board, Fire Department, Police Department, local administration, municipal authorities, and other relevant government departments is required.  Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.  Should be able to read, understand and verify official documents and identify missing

information.  Should be able to prepare professional reports and documentation.  Professional Presentation: The candidate should be well-groomed, professionally presented, disciplined, and confident while interacting with senior management, government officials, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders.  Additional Requirement: Candidate should have a strong sense of ownership, follow-up, documentation, compliance, and timely closure of pending matters and should be capable of

independently coordinating multiple administrative and statutory activities.  Should be capable of independently following up and coordinating with internal teams, contractors and government departments.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.  Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, multi-tasking abilities, and problem- solving skills.
