Market Penetration & Prospecting
Cold Calling/Visiting: Identifying new businesses or shops and visiting them without prior appointments to introduce products.
Lead Conversion: Following up on leads provided by the marketing team and converting them into sales.
Territory Mapping: Dividing a city or region into beats to ensure every potential customer in that area is visited regularly.
Relationship Management
Distributor Handling: Coordinating with local distributors to ensure they have enough stock to meet market demand.
Client Demonstrations: Physically showing how a product works (., demonstrating a medical stretcher for Promedic or a packaging solution for Raj Corp).
Sales Operations
Order Booking: Collecting orders and ensuring they are passed to the Dispatch Executive for timely delivery.
Payment Collection: Ensuring that payments are collected on time and tracking outstanding dues.
Reporting: Submitting Daily Visit Reports (DVR) via mobile apps or CRM software to show progress.
