the field sales executive will drive on-ground business development, client acquisition, and relationship management for sai industries. this role demands relentless follow-ups, disciplined reporting, and the ability to convert industrial inquiries into long-term customers. candidate must be street-smart, target-driven, and strong in communication.

key responsibilities

1. lead generation & client acquisition

visit industrial areas daily to identify new clients.

generate inquiries for hardware, safety materials, packaging materials, industrial oils, housekeeping materials, and stationery.

convert prospects into active customers through structured follow-ups.

maintain strong funnel management: leads meetings quotations orders.

2. client meetings & product presentation

conduct face-to-face meetings with purchase, store, and production teams of client companies.

present product range, pricing, and service capabilities of sai industries.

understand client requirements and provide quick solutions.

3. quotation & order management

coordinate with internal purchase & store teams for pricing, availability, and delivery commitment.

share quotations on time and follow-up until closure.

achieve monthly business targets with strong conversion ratios.

4. relationship management

build long-term relationships with decision makers (purchase, store & production).

maintain regular touchpoints with old clients and increase repeat sales.

handle client complaints and ensure timely resolution.

5. daily reporting & documentation

submit daily visit reports, follow-up updates, and next-day planning.

maintain records of meetings, quotations, and orders in excel or crm.

ensure strict discipline in communication and timelines.

required skills & competencies

strong communication and negotiation skills.

good product understanding or willingness to learn industrial materials.

ability to manage fieldwork, travel, and daily visit schedules.

persistent follow-up approach and high accountability.

basic excel / whatsapp / email communication skills.

qualifications

hsc / graduate in any field.

14 years experience in industrial sales preferred.

freshers with strong communication and confidence can also apply.

salary range (recommended)

15,000 25,000 + incentives (based on performance).
