Position: Field Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: As per Experience and Skills

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Visit customers, industries, contractors, dealers and electrical consultants to generate business opportunities.

• Promote and sell transformers and related electrical products.

• Identify new customers and develop strong business relationships.

• Generate leads through field visits, calls and market research.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with customers.

• Follow up with existing customers to maintain long-term business relationships.

• Coordinate with the internal sales, technical and production teams.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and submit daily field visit reports.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.

Required Skills

• Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of field sales and customer relationship management.

• Willingness to travel for customer visits.

• Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

• Experience in electrical products, transformers or industrial sales will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma / . in Electrical Engineering or any Graduate.

• Candidates with relevant sales and marketing experience are preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Local market knowledge and willingness to travel are desirable.
