• Market and sell company products to current and potential customers
• Prepare schedules and action plans to identify customers and project the no. of contacts to be made
• Maintain current and establish potential customer relationships such as Architects, Builders, Project Developers, Contractors & Dealers.
• Generate & follow-up leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify prospects in the customer segments and contact them.
• Prepare presentations & proposals.
• Maintain sales and marketing collaterals
• Identify and resolve all customer complaints.
• Prepare status reports including activity, closings, follow-up.
• Co-ordinate with required company staff to accomplish work and close sales.
• Ensure payments are received by due date
