Job Description

join kotak mahindra bank as we expand our customer service point (csp) network. we seek a dynamic field sales executive to drive growth by onboarding and supporting csp partners.

key responsibilities:

lead generation: identify and approach potential csp partners such as local shops and csc centers. conduct market research to uncover expansion opportunities.

onboarding & training: onboard new csps, ensuring they meet our standards. provide training on products, services, and processes.

sales & business development: drive sales through csp channels. monitor performance, provide support, and achieve sales targets.

relationship management: maintain strong relationships with csps, address issues, and ensure smooth operations.

reporting & compliance: keep accurate records, ensure compliance with policies, and provide regular performance reports.

qualifications:

education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.

experience: 1-3 years in field sales, ideally in banking or financial services.

skills: strong communication, ability to work independently, proficiency in local languages, basic banking knowledge.
