ey Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and supermarkets in the assigned area.
Generate new customers and expand market coverage.
Promote masala and spice products to retailers and distributors.
Collect orders and coordinate with the distribution team for timely delivery.
Achieve monthly sales targets and collection targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.
Conduct promotional activities and product demonstrations when required.
Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and customer information to management.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to convince customers and close sales.
Knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution.
Basic smartphone and reporting skills.
Customer relationship management.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate.
Freshers may be considered; prior FMCG or food-products sales experience is preferred.
Preferred Requirements
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license.
Knowledge of the local market and retailer network.
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
