- conduct on-ground field visits to property sites (residential / commercial) to inspect conditions, collect photos/data, assess readiness and man-on-the-ground status of inventory.
- act as a pointofcontact for prospective clients at the site: accompany them to property locations, explain key features, answer queries about amenities, layout, pricing, terms etc.
- generate and qualify leads from the field: canvass neighbourhoods, engage with walk-in prospects, local brokers/agents, maintain contact with leads and convert them into site visits.
- assist in marketing the companys projects: distributing promotional materials, organizing open-house/ site-visit events, coordinating with marketing team to ensure proper signage, banners, local publicity.
- maintain and update property listings and site status in crm/tools: record availability, status of units, features, pricing changes, client feedback & follow-ups.
- liaise with internal teams (sales, operations, finance, legal) to ensure smooth handover of prospects: from initial interest site visit booking documentation.
- conduct basic market and competitor research: monitor local supply, competitive projects, pricing trends, amenities, and report insights back to the company to refine strategy.
- coordinate logistics for field work: schedule and transport clients to site visits, ensure site is prepared/presentable (clean, defined walk paths, ready models/show flats), coordinate with site staff for access.
- follow up with prospects regularly: maintain communication postvisit, address queries, assist in documentation or facilitate calls with sales/finance to move deal ahead.
- ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in field operations for example verifying that marketing materials adhere to local real-estate rules, rera/ local-laws (if applicable), maintaining ethical standards.
- prepare periodic field-reports: number of leads engaged, site visits done, feedback from prospects, market insights, obstacles identified, suggestions for improvement, and present to the regional sales/management team.
- build and nurture relationships with local brokers/agent network, vendors, site staff and community stakeholders to generate referrals, assist in lead generation and improve brand visibility of azure property.
- ensure excellent customer experience during field engagement: timely follow-up, professional presentation, clear communication of product features, transparent terms, and support in decision making for the prospect.
- represent the companys image on-site: maintain professional behaviour, dress code, punctuality, and ensure site-visits and interactions reflect the reputation of azure property as a reputed company.
