Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events including venue selection, budgeting, logistics, and on-site execution.

Coordinate with clients to understand their event goals and provide customized solutions.

Handle event proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.

Supervise event staff and ensure seamless on-ground coordination.

Monitor event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.

Oversee setup, execution, and teardown of events.
