Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our team in Delhi. This position is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to two years of experience in customer service and offers an opportunity to develop your skills while assisting our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Support**: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction to resolve issues and answer questions.

2. **Issue Resolution**: Investigate and resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.

4. **Record Keeping**: Document customer interactions and transactions in our database, ensuring all records are accurate and updated for future reference.

5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and report this information to improve services and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for resolving issues swiftly. A basic understanding of customer service principles and practices is preferred, although training will be provided. Candidates should be patient, attentive, and able to work well in a team environment. Being detail-oriented and organized will be crucial for maintaining accurate records and ensuring high customer service standards.
