both.

Probation Period of 3 months, subject to not meeting with the set Target, Mgmt. holds the right to

terminate the employment.

Employment will be treated confirmed, subject to meeting 70% of the assigned Target.

10 - 15% of Increment on the payable salary, post getting confirmed.

Incentives shall be released on Quarterly basis (applicable on the salaried employee).
