Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
Generate leads and convert them into customers
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients
2. Client Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
3. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients
Analyze market conditions and adapt strategies accordingly
Provide feedback to management on industry developments
4. Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Negotiate terms and close deals with clients
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
5. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions
6. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Track progress against targets and prepare reports
Suggest improvements for business development processes
